WORD2010+ENDNOTE X4+WIN7 64bit

the office was updated from 2007 to 2010 and ENDNOTE from X3 to X4. Unfortunately there is not ENDNOTE tab in the ribbon.
searched a lot and try different ways.
here is the way to fix it
1. update ENDNOTE. menu:help-->endnot update xxxxx
2. word option -->addins-->inactive addins-->highlight endnote-->click go-->check on
